Board Meeting
The next board meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, January 18th at 6:30 PM-8:30 PM. Location AMC board room.
Volunteer Training Meetings start January 9th 2012
Training meetings are every Monday from 6.45 - 9pm at Sunnyslope High School, starting January 9th 2012.
Parent Meeting - January 9th 2012
Parent meeting. Family payment of $475 due. Please bring any proceeds of coffee and chocolate sales. Additional coffee and chocolate will be available for purchase.
January Retreat January 21st - 22nd
A weekend retreat for volunteers. No training on Monday January 23rd. Venue: White Tanks Regional Park. Meet 7.15am at Einstein Bagels 7th. St and McDowell. Leave 7.30am prompt. ETA for return on Sunday 1pm.
Letter Stuffing Fiesta - February 4th 2012
Now the letters are written let's get them into the envelopes and mailed. Location: Karla & Jesse Adame. The board will provide envelopes, please bring your own stamps or a check to cover the postage. Time 4 - 6.30pm

Fundraising Yard Sale - February 18th 2012

Country Reveal Party - February 20th 2012
Yah, a party instead of normal training. Thanks to Kim and Nate Hopper, the party will be at the Sierra Bonita Restaurant (7th St and Glendale). Kim will have a sign up sheet for the potluck at the parent meeting February 6th.
